The National Exchange Club Foundation, and its Evaluation and Accreditation Committee, welcome you to the online Monthly Statistical Report system. Gathering accurate data on our programs allows our entire network to share information that is vital to our mission. Under our Standards of Operation and Practice, localities in our Network who wish to hold and maintain Accreditation, must file Monthly Statistical Reports. Our new MSR (NECF Monthly Statistical Report) is designed to

• Provide a secure way to file MSRs (User ID and Password are required.)
• Provide reminders for when reports are due
• Make it easier to file reports
• Help localities understand exactly what information is needed
• Assist localities in entering accurate and consistent data
• Give every locality an opportunity to print out a paper copy of the monthly data being reported (before submitting)
• Allow every locality to (upon completion of the most recent report) to download an Excel spreadsheet of all their own data.

In addition, this MSR system will be providing all reporting sources with three monthly Systemwide Reports, in the form of Excel spreadsheets.

• All reporting localities will be included, with totals for our entire Network
  • One report includes counts and totals for key data on how many families we served in this reporting month
  • Another report includes this information on a Year-to-Date basis
  • The third is a report across localities for the Reasons for Closure of cases for the reporting month.
• In Excel format, the data can be examined, analyzed and discussed within our Network

Under this new system, our data is now easy to access to assist us in advancing our Exchange Club National Project mission.
